Amma! I like the scalloped background; Very creative!

Nice to see your writing after so long... where is the time for letters these days?

Have a safe trip to Bangalore with Delight & Co.

Amma: Since you haven't given out the name of Stranger, can't say for sure if your guess is right. Seems to be very close.

Cool. I always thought Stranger is a female but....

If you see comments on my last post, some people thought (at least 2) that "A" is female :::: Hahaha. They know the reality now.

Very loving letter from grandma. I appreciate the love and affection that letter pours.

I always knew Stranger is a female. She gave the clue when she commented on my post "Boss Engira Baskaran" (Sep 28, 2010). Here is a portion of her comment:

"My daughter slept after few minutes and my brother brought snacks from the near by canteen. the 2 guys went out after interval and we sat through the whole movie, joking chatting and playing scrabble in between".

Emphasis on the word "guys". Only the Stranger, the spouse, their daughter, Stranger's brother went to the movie. Who could be the 2 guys?

First to @ SG... the two guys I meant were the the other two men who were in the theater. If you see the number of people I mentioned, you will find there were 2 other guys there as well. That is a true episode so I did not have to fictionalize .....

@ A... you are still doubtful. So let us keep it that way...

@ Bikramjit... yeah.. it is nice to be behind a curtain. I always like to be behind the scenes but life has an uncanny knack to throw me to the middle of crowd sometimes... "A" a guy?...I was not so sure until he confessed here.

To all friends, to me it doesn't matter whether my friend is male or female. If you are my friend ... anything I say to my male friend is good enough for my female friend too...

NRIGirl knows that right?... I had friends from both sexes those days and as far as I remember there was not any difference. You too should join us for that boat trip.....

lol..dont I really enjoy this.:)

Thank you Amma. I just love the letter and I agree for the trip. We will ask my brother to arrange it. He is more good at all these things and being out of India for long, I always depend on him for everything.

You gave away Amma..lol... By sending greetings to " husband and kids" Either I should be a woman or someone with a same sex partner. I don't want to use that word since I am not sure whether kids are reading this page or not. It is common abroad but not so common in India. So let our friends reach any conclusion. Any way I assure the trip, If I am alive then. Everything is up to God.

Have safe trip to Bangalore. Rest I will write as letter..on Sunday. Our weekend started today and scanner at home is not working.

Love you lots..

@YL

It doesn't matter Amma. Who ever I am, you are my Amma too.

You like to have a boat trip and Inshahallah we will have one... All of us together ...

Dear stranger
I know that the boat house ride is highly expensive.
All expenses should be on a dividing basis.
Let us see what the Divine will and grace bring us next summer

@Stranger,

I am not really anonymous. Most people who comment on blog know my name. One just has to ask and tell. 'A' is the first letter of my first name. A few people used to refer me with 'A' and I started using it...

Most of my friends who like to read know that it is my blog. So if you ask my name, I will tell.

NRIGirl, SG, Bikram and SM (everyone who commented here besides you) know my name. In fact every one else also...so you just have to ask and you never did so far...life is not that complicated after all.

Amma: Money is never a problem, only time is the problem.

Let's plan our next vacation for us - covering Kerala trip... ok?

I also wish to show Ooty, Kodaikanal to children. Let's plan that as well.

Much love,
~ Queenma

Hi...doctor..

I am going to kerala on 17th. Wanna meet? It is okay with me...

@Amma,

my next blog is my reply to you...

@ A.. I cannot ask a person his or her details unless they are willing to share it with me. That is a problem I have. I have landed so many times in trouble for not asking people what they are going through in life. I feel as if I am intruding to your privacy.. Blame my hostel life for that... Out of 20years I studied, I was in boarding/ hostel all those 20 years. My partner too says that has made me different... I am sorry
