Sweet and thoughtful letter. My prayers and wishes to Punam.
Starting something and kids finishing it...isn't that our story?
Next time, try to tell them..Mommy needs to complete this, you please start doing another one. Yeah, it is difficult to tell that to ones you love but some day we have to do it...
@Bhawna! That sure is a compliment as I really like Stranger's handwriting. But I hardly see any similarities in both ours.
By the way, I am still awaiting your letter. I don't blame you, we all settled for scanned/emailed while you stood by the rule and mailed it. It should be here any time.
@Stranger! I try doing just that, but then when 3 pairs of eyes plead you, one already starting to cry, it is only best to give it away and move on to reading or something... The worst part is they don't complete it the way I would expect them to...
I tell myself may be when children sleep... But that's when I catch up with my blog world. Anyway, no excuse. I will start something soon, even if it is a crayon version. :) Will keep you posted...
Ohh NRIGril i have already posted it to ur address..may b coz i have sent it through govt. service so it is getting late...anyhow i'll scan n email u the copy as i have kept one wid me...
When I was young, my teachers used to say that my handwriting is the best in the school. But most likely it is the worst in school now because I don't write anything any more. I will make an attempt to write. But my mind does not work without keyboard in front of me...honestly.
Dear NRI Girl, Thank you so much for such a sweet sounding letter. I am so glad that you started this off. Good way to know each other, isn't it? As for art, yes I do a lot of things apart from painting. I just learnt water colour painting this year and it's been a fun journey. When you get down to doing yours, be sure to put them up on the blog.. we'd all love to see yours too. :) Regards, Punam

NRIGirl,
Your handwriting is pretty good. Good post too.

Does it @Doc? May be at the end of the series would you like to sum up some reading (a line or two) for us who participate?
@Punam! Sure I will. I am glad you are enjoying this series.
